Engin Cemal MENGÜÇ (Member, IEEE) received a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, Niğde, Turkey, in 2016. In 2019, he was a Visiting Researcher in the Communication and Signal Processing Research Group at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London, U.K. He is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, at Kayseri University, Turkey. He has 2 book chapters and more than 56 international journal and conference publications. He received the Best Paper Award at the 47th International Conference on Telecommunications and Signal Processing (TSP), 2023. His interest areas include real/complex/quaternion-valued adaptive filter theory, adaptive signal processing, machine learning, big data processing, circuits and systems, deep learning for signal processing, and FPGA-based hardware implementations.
